  • Orders placed before 3:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched on the same working day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Times

  • UK mainland delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Deliveries to remote areas or offshore locations (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland) may take longer.

  • International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.

  • Large or bulky equipment may be shipped via pallet or freight delivery — we will contact you if additional charges apply.

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

4. Delivery Partners

  • We use reliable courier services and freight companies (e.g. DPD, Evri, Palletways) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Requirements

  • Please ensure someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery.

  • If a delivery is missed and returned to us, you may be responsible for re-delivery charges.

  • Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and notify us of any visible damage within 48 hours.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us immediately.

  • We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
