The Hamoki Contact Grill is a great value Bistro Contact Grill which combines a tough stainless steel construction with ribbed cast iron plates for long-term use and healthier grilling and is ideal for cooking burgers, steaks, paninis and toasted sandwiches in busy establishments. With an adjustable swivel head and a variable heat knob for different thicknesses and temperatures, you have complete control over the entire grilling process. It is also supplied with a removable grease tray and griddle scraper for easier cleaning.
