The Unique Food Machinery Gas Countertop Charbroiler is a powerful, high-capacity commercial cooking appliance designed for busy restaurants, hotels, cafés, takeaways, delis, food trucks and professional catering establishments.

This heavy-duty countertop charbroiler features gas-powered U-shaped steel burners, with each burner producing up to 30,000 BTU per hour. The cooking zones are controlled at 12-inch intervals, allowing the heat to be adjusted across different sections of the grill.

With a total heat output of 150,000 BTU per hour, this model is engineered for fast, high-temperature grilling and searing.

Gas Configuration

The appliance is configured for a Natural Gas (NG) connection as standard.

It may be converted to LPG only by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered COMCAT engineer.

LPG conversion kit included.

Installation, commissioning and gas conversion must be completed by a qualified commercial gas engineer in accordance with current regulations.
