230°C High-Limit Safety Thermostat for Buffalo Fryers – WQS-230
Protect your compatible commercial fryer from overheating with this replacement 230°C high-limit safety thermostat. Designed to interrupt the heating circuit when the temperature reaches its safety limit, it is suitable for selected Buffalo Pro fryers and other compatible catering appliances.
This thermostat is an alternative replacement for Buffalo part number N117 and CPUK references TST 211 and TS182.
