The Hamoki Deep Fat Fryer (DF-8T) is a compact powerful fryer ideal for fresh or frozen chips (18kg/hr fresh output) it can take a 10 fish fillet or sausage. If you would like to have a larger chip fryer use the DF-8T-2 for frying foods with a strong flavour.e.g. garlic mushrooms or Plaice fillets to avoid contaminating the oil of your main fryer.
