EGO 3-Pole Fryer Thermostat Kit – 50–200°C, 16A with Knob and Fixing Plate

Maintain accurate temperature control in your commercial fryer with this EGO 3-pole thermostat kit. Designed for selected EGD fryers and other compatible catering appliances, it provides adjustable temperature regulation from 50°C to 200°C.

The thermostat features three normally open contacts, six rear terminals and a long capillary tube. It is supplied with a control knob and fixing plate, making it suitable for replacing a worn, damaged or faulty thermostat.
