Maintain reliable operation of your commercial gas fryer with this two-wire 750mV thermopile generator, designed for appliances fitted with millivolt-controlled gas valves.

Suitable for selected fryers from Imperial Elite, Frymaster, Dean, Pitco and Blue Seal, this replacement thermopile converts heat from the pilot flame into the electrical output required to operate a compatible millivolt gas control system.

It may also fit selected Italian FAGE gas pizza ovens and other compatible commercial gas appliances.
