Gas Fryer Thermostat for Pitco 35C, 45C and 18 – Replaces P5047588

Maintain stable oil temperatures and dependable fryer performance with this replacement gas thermostat control. Designed for selected Pitco fryers and other compatible commercial appliances, it provides adjustable temperature regulation from 200°F to 400°F.

The snap-action hydraulic control uses a bulb and capillary assembly to monitor the fryer’s internal temperature and regulate the gas supply accordingly. It is suitable for both Natural Gas and LPG installations when fitted to a compatible appliance.
